M. James Daley

Partner, Redgrave, Daley, Ragan & Wagner

Jim has more than 25 years of federal and state complex litigation experience, with particular emphasis on electronic discovery and technology law. His extensive litigation experience, as well as his technology education and experience, allows Jim to help clients solve corporate compliance challenges, including document retention, collection and production. He combines his extensive litigation experience and technology background in helping clients solve corporate records compliance, technology law and e-discovery challenges. Jim pioneered the use of the Internet as a cost-effective alternative document production mechanism in class action and multi-district litigation. And he designed and developed one of the first international secure outside counsel communication and collaboration networks, which dramatically reduced litigation costs. Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Information Services Management. Prior to joining RDRW, Jim was a partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon, where he chaired the firm’s Technology Law & E-Discovery Group.
