Few companies reliably predict the discovery and review cost of a matter and as a result, overall costs are much higher.   The challenges inherent in gathering and compiling volume and custodian data preclude routine negotiations for reduced production scope and lead to unpleasant surprises for internal clients.   This program will provide methods and models for continuously assessing discovery costs in each matter and across the portfolio to reign in unnecessary spending, drive better case decisions, and control the fiscal impact of litigation. Real expertise in developing cost models and discovery cost controls will be shared by participants and our practitioner guest speakers.
