This site covers the full range of e-discovery issues, with excerpts from and links to court decisions and articles. The author, using the nom de web rjbiii, identifies himself as a consultant with a BS in computer science and a JD. He has organized information on his site in a number of useful categories, including by circuit and district court, judge, topic, and specific rule of procedure or evidence.
